Table 1 - Fixings

In accordance with the requirements for the profile installation, the fixing anchors should be designed in accordance with the acting tensile forces and Fischer reaction anchors R 8 x 110mm, or Fischer ZYKON anchors are recommended.

The permissible load capacities are guaranteed only in conjunction with these fixing elements. We do not recommend the use of other fixing systems; if other systems are used, their suitability is to be checked and it is the user's responsibility.
Distance from edge of concrete using Fischer reaction anchors = 40mm
Distance from edge of concrete using Fischer ZYKON anchors = 50mm

Please consult us in the event of any deviation from DIN.

For small works (where joint width is less than 50 mm), and is to be installed in areas subject to light pedestrian use only, they can be excluded from this method of anchorage.

The recommended fixings in these cases are:

Dowel = nylon dowel, 8 mm

Screws = stainless steel screws, No. 10 x 50mm (2") [DIN 571]
